Attribution

Modification or Adaptation

Users are not allowed to modify, transform, or adapt the published editorial content in any form. The integrity of the original work must be maintained at all times.

Withdrawal Manuscript Policy

APT, Journal considers manuscript withdrawal a serious action that affects the integrity of scholarly communication. Authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing manuscripts after submission unless there are valid and unavoidable reasons. Our policy is as follows:

Before Review: Authors may request withdrawal before peer review begins by submitting a formal request with a justified reason. No penalty will be imposed at this stage.

During Review: If a manuscript is withdrawn during the peer-review process without a valid reason, the authors may be blacklisted from future submissions for a defined period.

After Acceptance: Authors cannot withdraw an accepted manuscript unless there are exceptional circumstances. Such cases require approval from the editorial board and must include a formal explanation with supporting documents.

After Publication: Once an article is published, it cannot be withdrawn. If serious ethical issues are discovered post-publication, the article may be retracted as per COPE guidelines.

Improper withdrawal or failure to communicate may lead to administrative sanctions.
