Our publication process relies significantly on the expertise and judgment of our Editorial Board Members, whose evaluations are essential for maintaining the quality, integrity, and reputation of our journal. We greatly value their ongoing dedication and the significant time and effort they invest. It is essential that Editorial Board Members follow the guidelines outlined below.
Scope of the Journal
This journal covers a wide range of topics related to health and healthcare studies and welcomes original medical research with clear clinical relevance. All content is protected under copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.
Declaration of Interests
A conflict of interest may arise when an Editorial Board Member has affiliations or relationships that could bias their evaluation of a manuscript. Such conflicts must be transparently declared.
Editorial Board Members are expected to disclose any potential conflicts and, where necessary, recuse themselves from handling specific manuscripts.
Confidentiality
Editorial Board Members must treat manuscripts under consideration as strictly confidential. Any use of unpublished content for personal benefit is strictly prohibited.
Sharing, discussing, or distributing manuscript content with others is unethical and violates the journal’s policies. Editorial Board Members are encouraged to consult the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for best practices.

Timely Review and Decision
Editorial Board Members are requested to provide feedback or editorial decisions within a reasonable timeframe. If you are unable to meet a deadline, please notify the editorial office. We appreciate any suggestions for qualified experts if you are unavailable.
Manuscript Evaluation
Editorial Board Members play a vital role in evaluating the scientific and ethical quality of submitted manuscripts. They guide the editorial decision-making process and provide constructive feedback to help authors improve their work. Evaluations should be respectful, specific, and objective.
Editorial Review Checklist
Editorial Board Members are advised to use the following checklist when evaluating submissions:
ORIGINALITYAssess whether the manuscript introduces new findings or simply reiterates existing knowledge.
IMPORTANCEEvaluate its relevance to the journal’s scope and its potential impact on advancing the field.
SCIENTIFIC AND CLINICAL INTERESTReview the manuscript's methodology, data interpretation, and the relevance of cited references.
LANGUAGE AND LENGTHAssess clarity, structure, and use of terminology throughout the manuscript.
FIGURES AND TABLESEvaluate the quality and relevance of figures and tables in supporting the manuscript’s content.
ETHICAL CONCERNSIdentify any ethical issues related to the study design, data presentation, or informed consent.
SUBMISSION OF REVIEW REPORTThe reviewer will use Microsoft “Word's track changes” tool to suggest/include all manuscript changes and recommendations in a separate Reviewer's form sent by the journal's editor with the manuscript.
The journal does not offer monetary compensation to Editorial Board Members. However, we deeply value their voluntary service and the time they devote to maintaining the scientific quality of the journal. Serving on the editorial board is regarded as a prestigious academic and professional responsibility.

APT, Journal welcomes accomplished professionals and academics from around the world to join its Editorial Board. In recognition of their service, members receive official certification. Depending on their institution's policies, they may also be eligible to claim Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits or other professional benefits.
